HR CONSULTANT

InJob SPA, a recruitment company founded in Italy in 2001 and part of W-Group since 2021, is seeking a HR CONSULTANT for our Milan office. The role reports functionally to the Candidate & Delivery Manager and organizationally to the Branch Supervisor. Key responsibilities include:

1. Managing client relationships and defining personnel search requirements
2. Preparing and posting online job advertisements and promoting opportunities on social networks
3. Active recruitment through various channels and screening applications
4. Conducting structured phone interviews and final interviews to assess motivation and technical/soft skills
5. Promoting candidates to clients and collecting feedback
6. Administrative management of temporary employment relationships
7. Organizing Formatemp courses

We seek candidates with:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in economics or humanities
• At least 3 years of experience in a staffing agency
• Knowledge of the Temporary Work Contract (CCNL Somministrazione)
• Excellent command of English for client and candidate communication
• High motivation, goal orientation, multi-project management skills, customer focus, and problem-solving abilities

We offer a direct employment contract with a performance-based system, salary and classification to be defined based on experience according to the CCNL Commercio, €7 meal vouchers, full-time hours (9:00-18:00), and a flexible smartworking arrangement of 1 day per week.

Location: Milan, Via Giuseppe Marcora 12 – near MM Repubblica.
