We are looking for a Safety Support (apprenticeship contract).

We are offering an apprenticeship opportunity for a motivated engineering graduate who wishes to develop skills and gain practical experience in Wellbeing Health & Safety (WHS) within a multinational industrial context. This role will support safety performance monitoring and improvement initiatives across our European plants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring and reporting safety performance indicators in compliance with local regulations and corporate standards;
  • Support data analysis to identify potential risks and propose preventive measures;
  • Collaborate with WHS teams on the design and implementation of safety improvement projects;
  • Participate in audits, inspections and workplace assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements;
  • Contribute to the promotion of a strong safety culture by supporting communication and training initiatives.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field);
  • Strong interest in Wellbeing Health & Safety, occupational risk prevention, and regulatory compliance;
  • Analytical mindset with good problem‑solving and organizational skills;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in a team‑oriented environment;
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
