A rapidly growing European investment platform is seeking a Finance & Operations Associate (Private Assets) to support its expanding activities across multiple jurisdictions. The Finance & Operations Associate (Private Assets) will take responsibility for the following duties:

• Maintain and update accounting records across several European entities
• Liaise with outsourced administrators on fund reporting, NAV packs, capital statements, and drawdown processes
• Assist with year-end audits, tax filings and preparation of management, advisory, and operating expense schedules
• Support portfolio reporting, data collection from portfolio companies, and preparation of investor materials
• Contribute to compliance administration, including registers, KYC processes, and internal documentation
• Help manage FX processes and coordinate with brokers

The Finance & Operations Associate (Private Assets) will meet the following criteria:

• Based in or willing to relocate to Milan
• Degree in finance, accounting or a related discipline
• c.1–3 years’ post-qualified experience in investment management, funds, or a similar environment
• Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and comfort working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial setting
• Strong knowledge of fund accounting principles
• Proven knowledge of alternative investment funds
• A proactive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to contribute across a wide operational scope
