TECHNICAL CONSULTANT

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic professional to join our team as Area Sales Manager for the specified area. The role requires strong technical and management experience, along with the ability to work in an international environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Your Responsibilities

1. As a Technical Consultant, you will play a crucial role within EPLAN by helping our Italian customers realize their ambitions. You will analyze customer processes and bridge the gap between our solutions and customer needs.
2. Utilize your knowledge of engineering processes to convert customer problems into actionable plans. You will also carry out implementation projects, including configuring and customizing software to meet specific customer requirements.
3. Serve as the link between (pre)sales and after-sales, providing ongoing support to ensure customers maximize the benefits of our software.
4. Deliver specialized training, seminars, and workshops at customer locations or during events. Collaborate with the development team to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.

Requirements

• Master's degree in industrial automation or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of engineering experience in various fields, with an understanding of how engineering departments are organized.
• Experience with EPLAN applications or other E-CAD software is advantageous; a tailored onboarding process will be provided.
• Strong team player with creativity and dynamism, capable of effective communication across departments and companies. Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented work style.
• Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills in Italian and English. Flexible, with a strong and dynamic personality.
