Field Service Engineer - Italy (Milan)

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer (FSE) in Italy to support our clients in Milan or nearby areas. As an in‑field expert you will be the superhero our clients need.

Your mission

• Take ownership of dispatched customer issues.
• Support resources dispatched onsite by RFM during commissioning and on‑site services.
• Support the RFM/PjM during commissioning and site acceptance services.
• Deliver support and contribute service solutions for our customers.
• Perform all on‑site installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance and test tasks, as well as upgrades or rework activities.
• Follow operational procedures, processes and practices as defined, documented and consistently applied.
• Follow the applicable health and safety instructions and regulations.
• Ensure up‑to‑date documentation, work instructions and processes for existing and coming service contracts and agreements.
• Support Europe Service Management by feeding back frequent and analytical service reports with each job and make suggestions for corrective activities.
• Support resources dispatched onsite (FSE and SP) by RFM during commissioning and on‑site services.
• Participate in the claim management and RMA process.
• Take care of service tools by ensuring an appropriate calibration process.
• Take over randomly on‑call duties, partly on weekends and nights.

Your profile

• Education as Electrical technician or Engineer (knowledge of ACDC, Low/Medium Voltage, electrical conduits, etc.).
• Italian & English language skills at least at B2 level.
• Experience with battery storage solutions is beneficial.
• Experience dealing with customers in critical situations.
• Driving license is extremely important for the job.
• Health & Safety training to access construction sites with electrical specific training.
• Willingness to work on‑call duty and to travel (60 %).
