Job summary
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to support the group’s digital advertising strategy across multiple international markets. The role focuses on lead generation through Google Ads Search and Meta campaigns, contributing to campaign performance through data-driven insights and close collaboration with external media agencies of Istituto Marangoni.
Key purpose of the role
Monitor and analyze online advertising campaigns, mainly on Google Ads Search and Meta, to acquire qualified leads across different countries and schools.
Provide optimization suggestions to the media agency, identify critical issues, and suggest potential improvements.
Track changes applied to campaigns and evaluate their impact on key metrics such as conversion rate and click-through rate.
Support the development of effective campaigns by shaping content and contributing to landing page structure and testing, aiming to improve user conversion.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and reflect the brand’s value propositions.
Maintain flexibility and curiosity in managing the evolving paid media landscape, with an analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
