Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is recruiting Food Service Experts to join a team of modern and authentic hospitality professionals in the newest luxury lifestyle hotel in Milan.

Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, the role will cover any tasks related to the F&B service in any of our four outlets.

  • Full‑time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.
  • Estimated start date: November.

What You'll Do

  • Take guests' food and beverage orders and record them in the internal system (Infrasys).
  • Make recommendations on menu items, special requests and upsell where appropriate.
  • Ensure an authentic and efficient service, checking that the dining experience meets expectations.
  • Prepare outlet for each service period.
  • Order and restock outlet inventory.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
  • Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.

What You'll Need

  • Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.
  • A warm, people‑oriented demeanor and a team‑player attitude.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.
  • A safety‑first approach.
  • Positive outlook and dependability.
  • Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.
