TXT Group is looking for an HR Recruiter Support to join the Group’s Corporate Recruiting Team.

Main Responsibilities

• Support in the definition and posting of new job openings, with publication across various social media channels.
• Screening of resumes and evaluation of profiles in line with company needs.
• Active search through various available channels to support the team's requirements.
• Candidate contact for interview scheduling and phone pre‑interviews.
• Data entry and updates in the company database.
• Support in optimizing and managing administrative documentation.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Good command of the English language.
• High school diploma or university degree in humanities/sciences or a Master’s degree in Human Resources.

A hybrid work model and a part‑time fixed‑term contract are provided.
