Senior Account Manager ITC – Italy

What you will do

As Senior Account Manager ITC based in Italy (Milan area), with defined focus on the MRO Distribution Channel, you will:

  • Drive profitable sales growth and expand market share with a selected panel of key accounts in the MRO Distribution channel. This includes both the webshop support (listings, contents with the support of international marketing, promotions, campaigns) and the field support towards the Distributors’ end customers;
  • Develop the business of your key accounts by leveraging customers’ networks and executing joint visits to their end customers;
  • Implement activities for the assigned customers in close alignment with the respective RKAM, while leveraging the international matrix organization;
  • Plan, agree and follow through on the annual action plan with Key Partners;
  • Identify new opportunities, manage & implement projects and sales pipeline;
  • Support your customers’ digital strategy and implement initiatives and promotions to increase their sell-out of tesa products;
  • Execute strategic sales plans, manage projects, and negotiate contracts in line with company objectives;
  • Leverage digital tools (CRM, Office 365) to optimize communication, project management, and data-driven decision-making;
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and support teams across Europe.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with 5+ years’ experience in sales or account management in an international setting.
  • Proven track record in developing business with industrial distributors and manufacturers. Knowledge of the MRO distribution channel will be considered a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to work in complex matrix organizations, be it the internal one and the customers’ ones.
  • Strong digital mindset and ability to adapt to change.
  • Self‑driven, proactive, and highly organized.
  • Fluent in English, at least B2.
  • Availability to travel.
