The Position

As a Product Manager for Roche Sequencing Solutions (d/f/m), you will actively shape the future of genomics and play a key role in one of the most strategically important product launches. You will lead the launch strategy for a new sequencer and collaborate with sales, marketing, and global teams.

What you’ll do

• Visionary Strategy: Develop the launch strategy, perform market and competitor analysis, and drive strategy execution.
• Innovative Marketing: Design effective marketing concepts, manage creative campaigns and events, and measure impact.
• Voice of our Customers: Work closely with sales, visit key customers, build a network of opinion leaders, and represent Roche at conferences and trade fairs.
• Project Leadership: Lead complex projects, navigate matrix organization, and act as the commercial contact for EMEA and Latin America.

What you’ll bring

• Professional experience in Next Generation Sequencing, with at least three years in product management or strategic marketing.
• Strategic mindset, analytical and creative thinking, and preferably experience in strategy consulting.
• Marketing expertise covering segmentation, campaign development, and performance measurement.
• Strong communication skills, confident presentation, and excellent English.
• Degree in life sciences, marketing, or business administration and willingness to travel internationally.
