Languages required :

• Fluent Italian
• English (B2+)

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage enterprise software systems
• Administer and support Windows & Microsoft Office Suite (including licences)
• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware
• Maintain and optimize IT networks
• Provide support for updates and improvements to the school's website

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT system administration and support
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments and enterprise software
• Familiarity with network configuration and maintenance
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication in both Italian and English

Nice to Have

• Experience working with educational institutions
• Familiarity with school management software
