Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing cross-functionally the medical local asset/customer strategic and tactical plans (in alignment with GHQ), while creating and adapting high quality scientific / medical asset contents adjusted to the needs of the local environment
- Being the strategic medical partner of the Portfolio & Commercial department in the implementation of the business strategy
- Leading the medical-scientific communication and training in the company, being accountable for scientific/medical contents of unbranded and branded material for key assets as well as for symposia, advisory boards, round-table meetings, webinars in alignment with the cluster strategy
- Strategic outcome-focused external engagement across the healthcare ecosystem, driving impactful partnerships that support company priorities (KEEs, Scientific Societies, pharmacists, nurses, payers, patients' associations,..)
- Gathering, analyzing and structuring valuable insights about the therapeutical area and/or the assets under your responsibility to inform strategic decision-making aligned to organizational strategy
- Initiating, developing, designing, reviewing and being responsible for the clinical projects in alignment with GHQ
- Developing and coordinating integrated evidence plans (publications, abstracts, posters)
- Collaborating with the Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance department in the safety activities related to his/her products
Requirements:
- Successfully completed studies in Medicine, preferably with PhD
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Strong and proved professional experience as a Medical Affairs Manager, ideally in the area of pain
- Experience in KEE network building
- Excellent understanding of ecosystem of healthcare and its stakeholders, Medical-scientific communication incl. presentation, training skills and training techniques
- Breakthrough Thinking, Strategic leadership and innovation
- Leadership, cross-functional and multicultural team working skills
- Business Acumen, understanding of Business Marketing, Market Access and Medical trends (regional, national and international landscape)
- Experience in digital content management is a plus
