Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth in Financial Lines by developing creative solutions for complex risks.
• Underwriting new and renewal business with a technical and client-focused approach.
• Working closely with brokers to communicate our risk appetite and value proposition.
• Negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions, and structuring tailored solutions.
• Expanding your broker network, attending market events, and building strong relationships.
• Collaborating with the LITUS team and other Wecoya business lines to identify cross-selling opportunities.
• As a senior team member, you will set high standards for customer service and provide mentoring and guidance to junior colleagues.

Your Role in Driving Success

• Proven underwriting experience with solid knowledge of Financial Lines.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and apply technical expertise.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Commercial mindset and client-oriented approach.
• Interest in mentoring and training less-experienced colleagues.
