Workshop Coordinator

Purpose of the position: As Workshop Coordinator, you will respond to the Ambriz Base and Yard Asset Manager and be part of the ABSER Business Line within Ambriz Fabrication Yard Angola. You will manage and support 100 resources.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the maintenance activities and repairing of equipment and assets assigned to area.
• Supervise and co‑operate the Maint. Mech‑Elect Section Lead, to ensure that works are carried out in compliance with quality requirements and established time schedules.
• Stock the required quantity of materials to guarantee continuity of work and order spare parts for scheduled maintenance in a timely fashion.
• Improve equipment reliability and boost asset uptime and availability. Ensure the regular use of breakdown/malfunction report.
• Maintain high standards of HSE (personnel, security devices of the equipment and certification of lifting material and equipment).
• Enhance the know‑how by sharing maintenance strategy for conservation and repair of Asset.
• Propose improvement in cost of repairs or other costs associated with workshop operations.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma in Maintenance and Technical Assistance.
• Experience: 3/5 years as a Workshop Coordinator or similar.
• Languages: Italian (Native); English (Advanced); Portuguese (Advanced).
• Technical Skills: Expertise in maintenance and troubleshooting of fabrication equipment, CNC machine and blasting plant, and excellent knowledge and experience on maintenance for crane, forklift and reach stacker.
• IT Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, WORD, PowerPoint).

Additional Information
