Job Description:

Join our team as a Sales Assistant in our stores in Novara and province! We are part of a network with over 2000 stores worldwide and more than 8000 employees, working daily to make beauty accessible to all through our brands: OVS, OVS Kids, UPIM, Blukids, Croff, Les Copains, Stefanel.

What will you do?

• Manage customer interactions to help them discover our collections with your support
• Set up the store according to visual guidelines shared by the visual team
• Restock your department, ensuring the display enhances the products
• Help achieve the store's sales targets
• Promote a customer-oriented approach with in-depth product and fabric knowledge

What are we looking for?

• Experience in retail environments
• A creative approach focused on sales
• Interest in fashion or retail apparel
