As ICT Operations Specialist, you will ensure the proper functioning and utilization of company IT systems, providing technical layout and hardware updates.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the company network and firewalls
• Optimizing hardware components
• Supporting IT colleagues in branches
• Routine maintenance of IT systems, focusing on priorities
• Implementing preventive maintenance
• Ensuring the proper functioning of the company network
• Participating in interesting projects such as cloud migration, VDI, SQL upgrades, and other cutting-edge technologies

- Working closely with the group operations team

You are the right candidate if:

• You have experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure)
• You have managed next-generation firewalls (CheckPoint, Palo Alto)
• You have a good understanding of networking concepts (protocols, routing, NAT, SDWAN, VLANs)
