Your Role
As a Legal Junior Associate in the Regulatory & Public Law Department, you'll be part of a dynamic team based in Milan, working on complex regulatory matters, due diligence activities, legal opinions and researches related to key issues relevant to the industry.
Key responsibilities include :
- Assisting clients with due diligence activities
- Supporting the M&A and project finance teams in the drafting of contractual projects' related provisions
- Drafting legal opinions on regulatory and administrative issuesi>
- Conducting legal research
- Collaborating with the other departments at Green Horse Advisory
What We're Looking For
We seek a motivated recent law graduate or someone with up to one year of experience in the matters above, with :
