• Manage, including operationally, the routine and extraordinary maintenance of electrical, hydraulic, and air conditioning systems;
• Handle painting, plastering, masonry, and door/window repairs.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in hotel maintenance;
• Excellent knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, thermohydraulic, and air conditioning systems.
