Responsibilities

• Support the management of the hematology portfolio for hospital use among specialists, providing high-quality scientific and technical information to healthcare professionals.
• Work within the Corporate Scientific Service, informing Operators Sanitari and Hospital Pharmacists about pharmacological and therapeutic characteristics of medicines to ensure correct use.
• Collaborate with the Oncology and Hematology Business Unit and with specified stakeholders (Medical Direction, Regional Payers and Evidence Solutions, KAM/RAM, Marketing, Commercial, Scientific Service Department, Pharmacovigilance).
• Promote and explain the value of GSK therapeutic solutions to reference interlocutors, communicating key scientific messages.
• Continuously update scientific and role-related knowledge and participate in scientific training offered by the company, including through corporate tools.
• Ensure effective communication aligned with the needs of healthcare professionals and hospital pharmacists; plan and organize scientific information activities consistent with the BU Onco-Hematology plan.
• Take responsibility for executing scientific training/updates for healthcare professionals and hospital pharmacists as part of field activities and compliant with current regulations and GSK commercial model.
• Propose and disseminate the use of new media (e.g., web conference systems) for scientific information and collective scientific training, interfacing with Medical Direction colleagues in the same territory.
• Contribute to implementing action plans for the assigned territory in collaboration with national strategy.

Basic Qualifications

• Laurea in Medicina e Chirurgia, Scienze Biologiche, Chimica with organic/biological specialization, Pharmacy, CTF or other legally eligible qualifications for the role of Scientific Information.
• Residence: Triveneto
• Significant experience in the role of Product Specialist (in a specialist area with innovative products).
• Ability to translate scientific knowledge into business-oriented strategies/activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in oncologia-ematologica and rare diseases
• Effective communication, problem-solving, conflict management; proactive, flexible and results-oriented; capable of cross-functional work in a matrix environment; strong planning and organization to manage multiple tasks
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
