Position is a part‑time contract.

Location: Campi Bisenzio, Italy.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer assistance through teamwork and brand values.
• Deliver exceptional personalized service, ensuring the customer is always the priority.
• Support Store Management in achieving individual and store sales objectives.
• Assist with deliveries and warehouse organization.
• Act as brand ambassador.

Ideal Candidate

• Passionate about the brand and its values.
• Consumer‑focused and capable of delivering excellent customer service.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Previous tailoring experience also desirable.
• Confident in selling our products, engaging with and supporting customers.
