In this role, you will be responsible for releasing lamination flat patterns of assigned car parts to the production department. You will define the plies' flat patterns in accordance with internal rules, procedures, and processes for carbon component manufacturing. You may also support Composite R&D Engineers in releasing layup information for some car parts.

Responsibilities

• Define nesting of the flat patterns.
• Model the plies' layup using available software tools (NX-CAD, Fibersim, Laminate Tools, Composite Design).
• Compile and release plybooks for car parts production upon request.
• Collaborate with other departments (Design, Production, Quality Control, Car Assembly).
• Maintain a flexible attitude towards work, aligned with role and project requirements.
• Promote a professional and proactive attitude, fostering positive relationships within the team and with sponsors.

Qualifications

• Technical High School diploma in Mechanics.
• Good understanding of composite design and production processes using prepreg materials.
• Basic knowledge of Lectra digital modules.
• Preferred: Basic knowledge of plybook software (Corel Draw), ply draping, layup simulation, nesting tools (Fibersim, Design Concept), and CAD systems.
• Initiative, innovation, teamwork, and strong communication skills in Italian and English.
• Ability to work early and late shifts if required.
• Travel availability: 0-10%.
