The consultant shall contribute to the finalization of the following construction projects, taking and adhering to all health and safety precautions:
Provision and installation of centralized HVAC at Building 92
Total refurbishment and expansion of the toilets at Building 92 (ground and first floor)
Provision and execution of general civil works across UNGSC facilities
The incumbent shall be provided with instruction on site and shall diligently perform all duties in compliance with the above-mentioned guidelines and collaboratively with the rest of the team.
