Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for OSW’s Italy operations, leading sales, marketing, procurement, warehousing, and logistics.
• Drive commercial growth while managing P&L, budgets, and reporting.
• Develop strong customer and supplier relationships in the Italy solar sector.
• Identify opportunities in one of Europe’s most dynamic renewable energy markets.
• Build and inspire a high-performing local team while embedding OSW’s global culture.

Qualifications

• Proven solar industry experience in distribution, EPC, manufacturing, or related fields.
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Senior management background with full P&L accountability.
• Strong track record in sales growth, business development, and strategic partnerships.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
