Dynamics 365 Functional Finance and Operations Consultant (Relocate to Malta / Consulting / Big 4)

Requirements

  • Educated to Degree level, Masters preferred
  • Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 certifications
  • Between 5 to 8+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, especially in a professional services or consulting firm
  • Experience with presales activities is a plus
  • Prepared to travel frequently
  • Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies and strong analytical skills
  • Experience working in Shared Services or nearshore teams is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and English skills; additional languages like French, Spanish, German, Italian, or Dutch are preferred
  • Confident, autonomous, and team-oriented
  • Effective time management and multitasking abilities
  • Interest in learning new technologies and promoting company values

Responsibilities

  • Expertise in D365FO functional areas such as Finance, HR, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, or Retail
  • End-to-end delivery of D365 FO implementation projects: design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and reporting
  • Collaborate with onsite and client teams to gather requirements and finalize deliverables
  • Support the delivery team during design sessions and develop solutions based on business needs
  • Ensure quality in project deliverables and demonstrate proficiency in system and functional testing
  • Engage in pre-sales activities, including estimation and client presentations
