Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales of AV products through a targeted portfolio of online customers.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: collect, analyze, and interpret online sales and market data (sell-in, sell-out, pricing, traffic, conversion, and stock) using internal tools and retailer dashboards. Create actionable insights and weekly reports to support decision‑making and business planning.
  • Build and develop solid sales relationships with existing online customers, at national level, to achieve agreed sales and M/S targets.
  • Support the design of sales campaigns and the definition of the appropriate distribution strategy across the channel, providing follow‑up and feedback related to any sales lead.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Credit, and Finance to ensure smooth execution of online activities.
  • Contribute to closing deals, ensuring that contracts are finalized within the correct timeframes throughout the national territory.
  • Manage sales forecasting and inventory management including stock planning and rotation through WebSiSo.
  • Engage closely with Division’s Product and Trade Marketing / Digital and Corporate Operations, and execute marketing and promotional plans to ensure the highest levels of service for named customers.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree or major – preferable in Economics or related field.
  • Professional Background: 2‑3 years experience in retail sales; experience in AV vendor or online sales management is highly preferable.
  • Computer Knowledge: Excellent MS Office tools.
  • Language Knowledge: Very good written and spoken English.
  • Proactive and results‑oriented approach.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions and cultures.
