Position

We are looking for a graduate in Law or Engineering to join us as a Contract Administrator.

The selected candidate will be involved in managing contractual and legal aspects related to commercial offers and project execution for our subsidiary Carlo Gavazzi Impianti, supporting negotiation activities and contributing to regulatory compliance and contractual risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Support the commercial team during the offer phase, assessing contractual risks and suggesting mitigation strategies
• Provide support during contract execution, including interpretation of clauses and preparation of protective measures
• Help manage disputes and claims with clients, with or without external legal support
• Collaborate with management to ensure alignment with legal, technical, and business objectives
• Contribute to the definition of company guidelines and contractual standards

Requirements

• Degree in Law or Engineering
• 2–3 years of experience in contract management, legal support, or similar
• Basic knowledge of contract law and negotiation principles
• Ability to identify and assess contractual risks
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
