What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in the restaurant sector or similar fields
• Experience in leading and coordinating teams
• Flexibility in working hours
• Passion for customer service; we take the customer experience seriously
• Dynamism and versatility
• Ability to manage software and tools
• Ability to read and analyze the store's income statement
• Residence near the workplace or mobility across the territory

What would your responsibilities be?

• Managing the store's income statement
• Preparing and supervising work shifts
• Monitoring KPIs and store data
• Planning, organizing, and controlling daily operations
• Coordinating and supervising staff
• Managing and organizing training for new staff
• Ensuring quality and food safety standards
• Assisting and reporting during audits (internal and external)
• Controlling and coordinating elements related to ORP and maintenance
