Main Activities And Responsibilities
Support the Merchandising Planning team in the processes of forecasting, merchandise financial planning, in-season management, open to buy, Continuative, High Rotating items and product lifecycle management
Contribute to main KPI’s (ST%, month of stock coverage, etc) analysis
Support relevant planning and forecasting activities, including Sales Plan and Open-to-Buy
Assist with Continuative items & High rotating Continuative items management
Collaborate with development and roll‑out of the evolution of the merchandising planning, when requested
Support the Seasonal Buying Budget Plan for DOS according to current needs and category/Region assigned
Assist with OTB budgets based upon sales history & projections, and SKU plan
Monitor merchandise delivery processes and flag inconsistencies when relevant
Create monthly sales reforecasts and analyse sales
Provide business reporting assistance, when requested
Run standard reports (HQ & Regional) and build ad hoc analysis in order to share information and analyse the business performance
Collate weekly/monthly sales/stock analysis for HQ
Ensure involvement during the selling campaigns
Key Requirements & Competencies
Bachelor’s degree
4+ years experiences in merchandising planning or business analysis of primary Retail or Fashion company
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical skills
Strong team player
Good interpersonal and communication skills to build useful working relationships
