Continuous Improvement Specialist Water Treatment
Grundfos Water Treatment Italy is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist for the QHSE & Facility Department.
The successful candidate will support the ongoing enhancement of business processes by driving efficiency, quality, and innovation with a strong focus on developing and implementing sustainability projects aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Your main responsibilities
- Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives across Operations, QHSE and Facility areas applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Develop, coordinate and monitor sustainability projects (e.g. energy efficiency, water consumption reduction, waste management and reduction, circular economy).
- Facilitate Kaizen workshops and cross‑functional problem‑solving activities.
- Define and monitor improvement and sustainability KPIs ensuring measurable results and periodic reporting to management.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and sustainability by actively engaging employees.
- Identify digitalization opportunities to support process efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
We imagine that you have
- Degree in Engineering, Economics or related fields.
- Previous experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Project Management or similar roles.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma problem‑solving tools and project management techniques.
- Basic understanding of corporate sustainability and environmental management.
- Strong analytical skills, results‑oriented mindset and collaborative approach.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
