Based in Milan, eLab Technology is the digital hub of the ASW Group. It manages Omnichannel Strategy for the group’s European brands, delivering eCommerce, Mobile, and in-store innovative solutions.

We are now looking for a Digital Project Manager to help deliver some of our most complex and interesting projects across our European brands.

A typical day in this role includes :

  • Thinking ahead, defining directions, and anticipating risks
  • Interacting with a diverse mix of stakeholders from both Business and Technical backgrounds
  • Coordinating teams located in multiple locations toward a shared objective
  • Switching between detailed analysis and the big picture to ensure alignment
  • Delivering clear, concise, and meaningful reports to Senior Management
  • Supporting, leading, and helping junior team members grow
  • Helping the business understand technology, and technology understand the business

What you'll need :

  • A degree in Management, Engineering, Innovation, or related fields with a focus on digital
  • Significant experience (3-5 years) in managing complex digital projects involving technology integration
  • Excellent knowledge of tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, and Confluence
  • Strong understanding of Agile, especially Scrum methodology
  • Proven experience in project planning, progress monitoring, risk management, and reporting
  • Experience in vendor management and activity monitoring
  • Understanding of different cultures and work approaches across Europe
  • Knowledge of core technologies behind eCommerce websites and related business models
  • Ability to see how technology influences business decisions
  • Some experience in mentoring and team development
