Senior Business Analyst - Insurance Sector (Universo Platform)

Responsibilities

• Review of functional and technical analysis
• Coordination and execution of integration and customization testing
• Technical interface with other IT areas (Architecture, Ops, Data, Security)
• Cross IT activities across projects of this nature

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in Life Insurance (Saving / Investment focus)
• 4+ years in Life Insurance (Pension focus)
• 6–8 years of hands-on experience with the UNIVERSO application, including its architecture and integration logic
• Knowledge of regulatory and fiscal compliance in the Life Insurance domain, especially on UNIVERSO

Technical skills

• Software architecture and integration patterns
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Relevant programming languages and technologies tied to UNIVERSO

Project-related experience

• 4+ years on similar projects for large insurance clients, Life portfolio focus
• Agile methodologies, PM tools (Jira, MS Office, etc.)
• Change management expertise
