What You Will Be Doing

• Architecting AI‑Powered Workflows: Combining multiple AI tools, crafting prompts, and iterating on workflows using feedback from users and subject matter experts.
• Developing Second Brains and Context Packs: Leveraging LLMs as subject matter experts to create and sustain documents that capture organizational insights and domain knowledge.
• Architecting and deploying data structures that deliver contextual support for business logic, ensuring data models are both scalable and efficient.

Basic Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of software engineering experience.
• Proven professional experience integrating LLMs into software products (building chatbots or using basic coding assistants does not meet this requirement).
• Clear, demonstrable interest in EdTech.

Working with us

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
