Position
Organization Development & Design Analyst within the Change & Transformation structure of the People & Culture Direction.
Responsibilities
- Support the design of organizational models and the transformation of processes through quantitative analysis of business sizing (metrics, headcount, skills, etc.).
- Analyze and optimize processes, identifying improvement areas and intervention actions, ensuring coherence and alignment across the Group’s structures.
- Collaborate with business functions in drafting and updating competency procedures, ensuring clarity and consistency with the organizational model.
- Support reengineering and process digitization projects, contributing to internal efficiency and proper staffing dimensions.
- Support the definition of change management plans following reorganizations and corporate transformations.
- Participate in cross‑functional projects for organization and change management, supporting communication and engagement of involved people.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Organizational Sciences or related fields. Preferred 1 year of experience.
- Interest in organizational topics, process analysis, organizational development and change management.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, problem‑solving orientation and attention to detail.
- Good proficiency in Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Preferred 1 year of experience in consulting firms or complex, structured organizations.
