As a Sales Specialist for HCL Workload Automation (HWA) and HCL Uno, you won’t just sell software — you’ll open the door to AI-driven, agentic automation that accelerates cloud transformation, modernizes legacy environments, and unlocks business agility for some of the world’s most demanding enterprises.

What You’ll Own

  • Identify, qualify, and close new license, subscription, and services revenue for HWA and HCL Uno.
  • Be the go-to sales expert on workload automation, business process orchestration, and AI-enabled scheduling across industries.
  • Lead automation-led digital transformation conversations in enterprise accounts, with a strong emphasis on cloud, ERP, and legacy modernization.
  • Collaborate with Client Directors, Technical Advisors, Marketing, and Customer Success to define strategy and ensure seamless customer onboarding and retention.
  • Engage and develop Business Partner relationships to expand reach and co-sell opportunities.
  • Organize and lead regional marketing campaigns, workshops, and migration assessments to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Handle critical customer issues in collaboration with support and engineering, demonstrating proactive leadership in high-stakes situations.

You’ll Thrive Here If You

  • Have a true hunter mindset, with 8+ years in enterprise software sales and a proven ability to exceed quota.
  • Possess deep knowledge of workload automation platforms such as :
  • IBM Workload Automation
  • BMC Control-M
  • Broadcom CA7, Autosys, Automic
  • Redwood or others
  • Are familiar with ERP automation, RPA, and business process orchestration in the context of digital transformation.
  • Understand modern concepts like agentic AI, GenAI, and autonomous process orchestration — or are keen to learn fast.
  • Bring strong knowledge of licensing, pricing models, and entitlements.
  • Know how to drive cloud transformation deals with automation at the center.
  • Are confident navigating complex enterprise environments — from CIOs to DevOps leads.
