At Bending Spoons, we’re striving to build one of the all‑time great companies. A company that serves a huge number of customers, where team members grow to their full potential, functions at unparalleled levels of effectiveness and efficiency, and creates value for shareholders at an extraordinary rate—all while adhering to high ethical standards.

To achieve this objective, we execute the following strategy: We acquire a digital business with untapped potential and make it as successful as we can by leveraging our platform—which comprises our expertise, technologies, data, brand, talents, and company culture—then invest the proceeds into making our platform more powerful and into acquiring new businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the B2B sales function. Join a fast‑moving team building a world‑class B2B sales function from the ground up, helping to define the strategy, approach, and guiding principles that set a new standard for enterprise sales.
  • Go after high‑potential leads. Identify and cold‑call on‑target businesses to build a portfolio of respected, revenue‑driving corporate clients.
  • Learn the industry inside and out. Understand the incentives, pressure points, and decision‑makers of your industry to build powerful, profitable relationships.
  • Work closely with the product. Talk about it clearly and confidently; gather feedback from clients and share sharp, focused input to shape future development.
  • Follow the data. Keep a close eye on performance metrics to gauge impact and zero in on the highest‑value actions and opportunities.
  • Stand out at every touchpoint. Deliver outstanding service that builds trust with every client interaction.

What we look for

  • Drive. You’re extremely ambitious in everything you do, and your initiative, effort, and tenacity match the intensity of your ambition. You feel deeply responsible for your work and hold yourself to a high and rising bar.
  • Reasoning ability. You can solve complex problems, think from first principles, structure your ideas sharply, resist biases, and focus on the details that matter.
  • Team spirit. You give generously without expecting anything in return, support the best idea, not your own, and are reliable, honest, and transparent.
  • Proficiency in English. You read, write, and speak English proficiently.
