We are looking for a

• European Contract Management and Sales Support Admin to join our European Team.

The resource will be responsible for the booking and billing of service and spares deals.

Work directly with Sales, Regional Focals, Finance, and Business Development to obtain required documentation for booking, billing, and contract maintenance. Proficiency in SAP CRM, SAP CPQ, ECC & MDG, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain customer master data within CRM, MDG, and ERP systems.
• Create quotations, book, and maintain contracts in SAP CRM and ECC ERP systems, and provide documentation to customers.
• Ensure adherence to finance policies, booking processes, and business procedures.
• Escalate and follow up on customer requirements not being met.
• Maintain excellent communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Keep SAP CRM, ECC, and MDG ERP updated with the latest information.
• Support management and maintenance of customer relationships.
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Support regional projects, attend workshops, and assist in documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience in data entry and administrative support.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Ability to adapt and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
