Senior Legal Counsel

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to lead our team in negotiating and drafting commercial agreements.

About the Role

• Draft, review, and negotiate wide-ranging commercial contracts including engineering, operations, and maintenance (EPC) agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), joint development agreements (JDAs), and partnership contracts.
• Leverage negotiation expertise to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review complex commercial agreements.
• Negoti ate with internal stakeholders and external parties to secure mutually beneficial terms.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.

Skillset

• Commercial law expertise, particularly in contract law.
