We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Financial Project Coordinator to join our team based in Milan or Rome. The location will be established based on the candidate's residence.

PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS A TEMPORARY ROLE TO COVER MATERNITY LEAVE

The candidate will support the business and finance team, assisting project controllers and project managers. Responsibilities include:

  1. Contract management: registration, archiving, sending, acceptance (support activities for Project Controllers)
  2. Improving working capital days and invoicing efficiency (invoice plane management)
  3. Invoice registration in Aruba (support for Project Controllers)
  4. VAT code control in intercompany invoicing and registration in Aruba
  5. Control of collections, coordinating with the foreign team dedicated to this activity
  6. Weekly control of orders issued to suppliers
  7. Supporting managers in drafting project progress reports

About you

  • Economic and financial background (Diploma or Degree in Economics)
  • Good experience in accounting and finance roles
  • Experience working in a Finance team
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment and build positive relationships
  • Skills in Office, especially Excel, and previous experience with accounting software
  • Fluent in Italian and very good in English, both spoken and written
