Digital Transformation Trainer - English Speaker (Freelance / Remote)

Digital Attitude, part of the Digital360 Group, is dedicated to creating a balance between people and technology. With solid experience in change & tech adoption, it combines technological expertise and data-driven approaches with deep know-how in psychology, neuropsychology, and social sciences.

We are looking for a

Trainer to join our team of educators, focusing on technical and transversal skills, especially on Microsoft Copilot and the MR365 package, to support our digital adoption projects. The role involves leading training and educational events, supporting the adoption of digital technologies within large corporate environments across all sectors. The ideal candidate has knowledge of digital tools and technologies, excellent communication skills, and a desire to develop or enhance their career as an online trainer.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Deliver engaging online training sessions, communicating content clearly.
2. Contribute to customer satisfaction with project deliverables and training.
3. Support the organization and facilitation of training courses, workshops, and focus groups.
4. Create communication materials and support training sessions, depending on experience level.
5. Manage and gather feedback from participants.
6. Assist in implementing global digital transformation projects to promote technology adoption.

Skills and Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools with a proactive attitude towards personal updates.
• Ability to deliver engaging theoretical and experiential training content.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong presentation skills, capable of making sessions interactive and interesting.
• Interest in deepening knowledge of training techniques, channels, and formats, especially related to digital transformation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptable to all levels and backgrounds.
• High attention to detail, with strong organizational and planning skills.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as an online trainer in the digital field.
• Experience working with corporate clients of various sizes and sectors.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to train fluently in languages other than English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot.
• Basic video editing skills.
