Springer Health+ are looking for an enthusiastic Account Executive, with experience in Healthcare Communications to join our busy and expanding team.

Job Role (Main Duties)

Client management

• Client support: helps with daily tasks, communications, and project coordination under the Line Manager’s guidance.

• Understanding clients: starts to learn about client contacts, brands, markets, and trends.

• Service: answers client requests quickly and helps ensure a positive experience.

• Teamwork: builds good relationships with internal teams and supports coordination of resources.

• Documentation: takes meeting notes, keeps client folders organized, and follows company procedures.

• Finance: helps track budgets and learns how to update forecasts with manager input.

Project management

• Briefing support: assists in preparing briefs and brainstorming ideas.

• Scheduling: helps collect inputs for estimates and timelines; updates schedules with team support.

• Compliance & storage: Keeps project files organized and learns about codes and company procedures.

• Workflow: helps move jobs through the process, flags issues early, and shares updates with teams.

Skills, Experiences & Qualifications

Essential

• Already based in the Milan area – strictly mandatory, no relocation

• 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a communications agency, publisher, CME provider or medical provider

Desired

• University degree preferred

• B1/B2 spoken and written English
