Job Description:

  • Carry out Reservation/Booking, Ticket Sales, Information and Passenger (Operations) services at the Airport Office, including Check-in and Manifest preparation.
  • Provide information to passengers regarding schedules and fares of routes and ensure proper coordination.
  • Perform reservation/booking for passengers at the counter.
  • Issue tickets for Domestic and International lines, MCOs (Manual Change Orders), Excess Baggage Tickets; process ticket changes and handle related procedures, including returns.
  • Perform Endorsement and Rerouting processes.
  • Welcome aircraft; coordinate and communicate effectively with crew, handling agents, catering, cleaning, air traffic, customs, and immigration.
  • Ensure all daily flight documents are prepared accurately; place orders for daily catering; maintain records related to flights.
  • Handle post-flight documentation and perform statistical analysis of flight coupons.
  • Manage lost baggage processes, coordinate with handling agents, and implement steps for baggage recovery and compensation if necessary.
  • Report operational income, costs, financing, and financial statistics to relevant IT systems such as SAP, ERP, DOP as required by management.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Master/Bachelor's degree or at least high school graduation.
  • Permanent residence permit in the respective country (company does not provide or assist with work permits).
  • Minimum 1-year experience in civil aviation or tourism.
  • Ability to handle pressure situations.
  • Excellent command of English and local language(s).
  • Availability to work in shifts, including overnight.
  • Team player with the capability to work independently when necessary.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good knowledge of major Computer Reservations Systems (Troya or Quickres is a plus).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Sense of responsibility and decision-making ability.
