This role is central to ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System and contributing to the creation of sustainable, high performance environments.

Role Overview
Reporting to the QA / QC Lead, you’ll ensure compliance with the Quality Management System and help build the future of sustainable infrastructure. You’ll lead audits, manage documentation, and drive continuous improvement across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain quality documentation
- Lead internal audits and follow up on third party visits
- Identify and share best practices across regions
- Deliver high quality reports to management and clients
- Facilitate lessons learned and improvement sessions
- Uphold IMS certifications in H&S, environment, energy, and information security
Requirements
- Master’s in engineering + 3–5 years technical experience
- Proven background in quality management (industry, oil & gas, construction, or digital infrastructure facilities)
- Lead auditor certification (ISO 9000 series)
- Strong writing, risk management, and problem solving skills
- Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus
- Fluent English, high integrity, and proactive mindset
