About the Role

We are hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to relocate and support an international brand abroad! We are looking for individuals who excel in communication and problem-solving and who have a strong work ethic to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone email and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products orders services billing and technical issues.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments when necessary.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Customer-focused with a positive empathetic and professional attitude.
  • Basic computer literacy and comfortable with CRM systems or support tools.
