The Role

Join our team as a Customer Technology Advisor within our Go-To-Market team. You will leverage your technical expertise to deliver innovative solutions for our customers, working closely with our consulting partners and customer teams. Your role involves showcasing our capabilities through demonstrations and presentations, supporting sales activities, and developing profitable deals that highlight Kyndryl's expertise.

Your responsibilities include understanding customer needs, designing technical solutions, coordinating pre-sales processes, and building relationships with external partners. You will contribute to shaping the future of technology solutions and making a positive impact on our customers and company.

Who You Are

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in designing and implementing solutions, services, and operating models, preferably on Cloud Computing technologies, with a focus on Data Solutions and Data Platforms.
• Hands-on experience in designing and delivering solutions for large-scale data platforms using approaches like Lakehouse, Data Mesh, Cloud Scale Analytics.
• Ability to analyze business processes and create data solutions in Public Cloud environments.
• Knowledge of deploying Infrastructure as Code.
• Deep understanding of Cloud architectures and Data components such as Data Factory, Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage, etc.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience selling technical services across multiple industries.
