What we are looking for

We need a highly analytical and business‑driven EMEA Business Analyst to support our regional teams with actionable insights, KPI tracking, and the execution of strategic initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of advanced analytics, cross‑functional collaboration, and commercial strategy, playing a key part in enhancing marketing effectivity and sales performance across the EMEA region. With visibility across the full retail value chain, you will contribute to optimizing sales strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and enabling data‑informed business decisions.

Key responsibilities

  • Advanced Analytics & Data Science Support
    • Support the development and execution of strategic, high‑impact analytics use‑case across the full Sales funnel
    • Leverage advanced analytics and machine‑learning techniques to generate meaningful insights from complex and diverse data sets
    • Build predictive models and support data‑driven decisions to optimize Sales tactics and performance
    • Translate data into business value by formulating hypotheses, identifying patterns, and conducting exploratory analysis
    • Prepare clear and impactful visualizations and presentations to communicate insights and influence decisions at all organizational levels
  • Sales & Marketing Data Integration
    • Work closely with cross‑functional teams (Marketing/CRM, IT, Reporting & Analytics) to create shared data products and maintain advanced dashboards
    • Ensure the seamless integration of marketing performance data into tool such as the Commercial Planning Tool
    • Contribute to data governance initiatives, including alignment on funnel definitions and data quality improvement across countries
  • KPIs Monitoring & Collaboration with EMEA Countries
    • Serve as the point of reference for monthly KPI monitoring in relation to marketing investments and sales performance in the EMEA region
    • Collect, validate, and consolidate data by engaging directly with local country teams
    • Maintain and update reports and files through Python‑based data extractions, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of insights
  • Marketing & Sales Performance Reporting
    • Coordinate the reporting and consolidation of key marketing metrics, including investment levels, market share, and funnel KPIs
    • Deliver recurring and ad‑hoc performance analyses, with a focus on direct marketing effectivity and regional sales trends

Skills/Requirements

  • Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering
  • 3–5 years of experience in data analysis or data science, ideally in sales, marketing, retail or customer analytics
  • Experience with churn analysis, customer segmentation, sales forecasting, and lifetime value models is a strong plus
  • Ability to connect data insights to business needs, with a strong focus on impact and actionable recommendations
  • Comfortable managing monthly KPI reporting, running data extractions, updating dashboards, and interacting with country teams
  • Strong knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot, macros) and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation purposes
  • Proficient in SQL, Python
  • Proactive and curious mindset, open to learning and improving processes
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
