About The Role

We\u2019re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant with exceptional all-round EA skills, comfortable exercising discretion and judgment, and able to work alongside the leadership team in our Corporate Finance & Restructuring practice.

You will enjoy a full and varied day with responsibilities that play to your strengths as an EA, enhance your skills and provide opportunities to build relationships with senior stakeholders, internal teams and external organisations.

What You'll Do

  • Scheduling of meetings, calendar management, preparation of external/internal correspondence, telephone and visitor screening, travel arrangements, coordination of meetings and booking internal meeting rooms, arranging client or supplier breakfasts/lunches/dinners
  • Management of calls and actioning as appropriate
  • Local office coordination
  • Main point of contact for local suppliers (e.g., company car)
  • Managing expenses and invoices, and ensuring prompt submission and payment
  • Preparing and collating internal and external documentation, ensuring formatting aligns with company templates and standards using Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Coordination of sensitive correspondence, reports and analysis
  • Managing contacts on Outlook, maintaining relationships and communications as required
  • Booking international and local travel for the teams as required
  • Events management
  • General admin and secretarial support to the team as necessary
