Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with your team, informing them of procedures and motivating them to achieve goals.
• Organize daily activities to guarantee high quality customer experience.
• Encourage the group by supporting their growth paths in line with HR direction.
• Monitor and interpret KPIs to ensure commercial objectives are met.
• Analyze visual merchandising strategies and propose solutions that encourage purchases.
