IT & Security Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced IT & Security Coordinator to ensure robust information security and deliver reliable IT support across our organization. This role combines security operations, infrastructure management, and user support in a dynamic multinational environment.
What You’ll Do
Security Operations
- Enforce HQ security policies and perform regular compliance checks
- Manage access control, CCTV systems, and network security
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement corrective measures
- Oversee data privacy compliance and risk management initiatives
- Deliver security training and perform periodic audits
IT Support & Administration
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot system issues
- Manage software updates, patches, and system upgrades
- Administer helpdesk operations and train users on IT best practices
Infrastructure & Networking
- Maintain and secure LAN/WAN, servers, and communication systems
- Install, configure, and optimize IT infrastructure
- Automate routine tasks and ensure business continuity during outages
Additional Activities
- Support legacy systems, VPN, and antivirus solutions
- Assist with month-end data transmission and yearly compliance tasks
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience: 5+ years in IT security and infrastructure roles, preferably in a multinational environment
- Languages: Fluent Italian and English
- Network and system administration (LAN/WAN, servers, storage)
- Security frameworks and compliance (GDPR, privacy rules)
- Knowledge of SQL and scripting for automation
- Familiarity with CCTV, access control, and VPN solutions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple activities and prioritize effectively
- Proactive approach to risk mitigation and continuous improvement
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Oracle Database
- ERP Systems (SAP in particular)
- Knowledge of company processes and flows
- Web development for internal and local implementation
