IT & Security Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced IT & Security Coordinator to ensure robust information security and deliver reliable IT support across our organization. This role combines security operations, infrastructure management, and user support in a dynamic multinational environment.

What You’ll Do

Security Operations

  • Enforce HQ security policies and perform regular compliance checks
  • Manage access control, CCTV systems, and network security
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement corrective measures
  • Oversee data privacy compliance and risk management initiatives
  • Deliver security training and perform periodic audits

IT Support & Administration

  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot system issues
  • Manage software updates, patches, and system upgrades
  • Administer helpdesk operations and train users on IT best practices

Infrastructure & Networking

  • Maintain and secure LAN/WAN, servers, and communication systems
  • Install, configure, and optimize IT infrastructure
  • Automate routine tasks and ensure business continuity during outages

Additional Activities

  • Support legacy systems, VPN, and antivirus solutions
  • Assist with month-end data transmission and yearly compliance tasks

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience: 5+ years in IT security and infrastructure roles, preferably in a multinational environment
  • Languages: Fluent Italian and English
  • Network and system administration (LAN/WAN, servers, storage)
  • Security frameworks and compliance (GDPR, privacy rules)
  • Knowledge of SQL and scripting for automation
  • Familiarity with CCTV, access control, and VPN solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to manage multiple activities and prioritize effectively
  • Proactive approach to risk mitigation and continuous improvement

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Oracle Database
  • ERP Systems (SAP in particular)
  • Knowledge of company processes and flows
  • Web development for internal and local implementation
