Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth processes? As a Sales Administration Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our customers throughout the ordering journey, guaranteeing accuracy and satisfaction every step of the way.

What you’ll do

  • Manage customer orders received via email or online platforms
  • Enter and process orders in SAP
  • Monitor and validate EDI orders
  • Run daily order books to keep everything on track
  • Provide customers with timely information on products, order status, and delivery schedules
  • Maintain accurate customer details in our systems
  • Issue credit notes in line with SAP procedures
  • Ensure invoicing is completed and resolve any invoice queries in collaboration with Accounts

What we’re looking for

  • Master’s Degree (preferably in Economics or Foreign Languages)
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of French, German, or Spanish is a plus
  • International mindset – you’ve studied or traveled abroad
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with excellent execution abilities
