Overview

We are a Cloud & Cybersecurity Provider focused on delivering cloud services to medium and large companies with high reliability and performance, integrated with cybersecurity solutions that protect data and applications. The Cyber Security Operations Team seeks a CYBERSECURITY ANALYST - Tier 1, responsible for continuous monitoring of security systems and tools, initial alert analysis, incident triage, and escalation to higher levels when necessary. Responsibilities

  • Constant monitoring of security systems and tools such as SIEM, IDS, and firewalls to detect suspicious activities;
  • Performing initial analysis of security alerts to assess severity, potential impact, and relevance, with a focus on filtering out false positives;
  • Accurate logging of all incidents, actions taken, and outcomes achieved, including supporting documentation for escalation processes;
  • Responding to common incidents in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) defined within the SOC;
  • Collaborating with Tier 2 Analysts for advanced investigation and incident handling.

Qualifications

Hard Skills :

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or a related field;
  • At least 1 / 2 years of experience in Cyber Security service environments;
  • Knowledge of XDR, NDR technologies, Active Directory and Linux;
  • Troubleshooting skills;
  • Ability to analyze system, network, and application logs to identify anomalies;
  • Familiarity with threat analysis frameworks such as MITRE ATT&ck;
  • Certifications related to the Cyber Security field (e.g., GIAC Certified Incident Handler, ECSA, CEH) are a plus.

Language skills :

  • Good command of Italian and English, both written and spoken;
  • Good command of French and / or Spanish is a plus.

Soft Skills :

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving contexts;
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Cooperative spirit and teamwork orientation;
  • Flexibility and availability for on-call shifts, including holidays and weekends.
